At the session held on 30^th July 2003 and 6^th August 2003, the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina made a decision on the appointment of lay judges in the Cantonal Court of Canton 10 Livno, appointing eighteen (18) lay judges. The following were appointed as lay judges:

12. Božidar Branković,
13. Lazar Pažin,
14. Srećko Perić,
15. Stanislav Komšo,
16. Milena Šobić,
17. Marija Propadalo,
18. Merzuk Kamber.
    

Lay judges are appointed for a term of three (3) years.
