The HJPCBiH appointed judicial functions
At the session held on 3 and 4 November 2010 in Sarajevo, the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council BiH (HJPC BiH) delivered decision on appointment of judicial office holders in BiH.
For the RS region the following persons have been appointed:
- Čupeljić Edina, judge at the Supreme Court of Republika Srpska;
- Miljević Dragomir, judge at the Supreme Court of Republika Srpska;
- Ninković Velimir, judge at the Higher Commercial Court in Banja Luka;
- Koričić Asmir, Judge at the District Commercial Court in Banja Luka;
- Gužvić Božana, judge at the District Commercial Court in Bijeljina;
- Došenović Mira, assistant judge at the District Court in Banja Luka;
- Stupar Tatjana, assistant judge at the District Court in Banja Luka;
- Ćejvanović Dževad, prosecutor at District Prosecutor's Office in Bijeljina;
- Sušić Boško, prosecutor at District Prosecutor's Office in Doboj;
- Božičković Nataša, prosecutor at District Prosecutor's Office in Doboj;
- Hukeljić Mirza, prosecutor at District Prosecutor's Office in Eastern Sarajevo;
- Rakić Goran, prosecutor at District Prosecutor's Office in Banja Luka;
- Zorić Sanja, prosecutor at Special Prosecution Office of the District Prosecutor's Office in Banja Luka;
- Mitrović Mladen, prosecutor at Special Prosecution Office of the District Prosecutor's Office in Banja Luka.
At the meeting, appointments for positions in FBiH have been made as follows:
- Pejić Maja, judge at the Municipal Court in Sarajevo;
- Ćosić Jasmina, judge at the Municipal Court in Sarajevo;
- Baručija Adnan, judge at the Municipal Court in Zenica;
- Živković Željko, judge at the Municipal Court in Orašje;
- Koroušić Josipa, judge at the Municipal Court in Široki Brijeg;
- Drmać Katarina, judge at the Municipal Court in Konjic;
- Berbić Adis, prosecutor at the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office in Zenica;
- Škobić Gordan, prosecutor at the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office in Široki Brijeg.
When delivering Decision on Appointments, the HJPC BiH has taken into consideration criteria such as: expert knowledge, working experience and performance results; relevant skills based on career results so far; ability to carry out his/her duties impartially, conscientiously, diligently, decisively and responsibly within the function he/she applied for; interpersonal skills, conduct outside place of work, professional impartiality, reputation and experience at leading positions.
Appointed judicial office holders shall assume their duties on 1 December 2010.
