At the session held on 22 and 23 of September 2010 in Sarajevo, the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council BiH (HJPCBiH), delivered decisions on appointment of judicial office holders in BiH.      

The following persons have been appointed for the Federation BiH: 

• Nermin Tešnjak, judge at the Cantonal Court in Zenica; 
• Nusret Halilović, judge at Cantonal Court in Zenica; 
• Indira Pašić-Balić, judge at Cantonal Court in Zenica; 
• Albisa Kapić, judge at Cantonal Court in Zenica.

At the meeting, appointments to positions in Brčko District BiH have also been made as follows:

• Faruk Latifović, judge at Magistrate Court Brčko District BiH; 
• Fuad Zlatić, judge at Magistrate Court of Brčko District BiH.

At the time of making Decision on Appointments the HJPCBiH took into consideration criteria such as: expert knowledge, working experience and performance results; relevant skills based on results in the career so far; ability to carry out duties impartially, conscientiously, diligently, decisively and responsibly within the function he/she is applying for; interpersonal skills, conduct outside place of work, professional impartiality, reputation and experience at leading positions.

Appointed holders of judicial office shall assume their duties on 1 November 2010.
