    HJPC has appointed the judicial office holders

    16.12.2010.

    The High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of BiH (HJPC BiH), at its session held on 15 and 16 December 2010 in Sarajevo, rendered a decision on appointments of the judicial office holders in BiH.

    For the territory of Republika Srpska, the following person was appointed:

    • Vranjić Zdenko, at the position as President of Modriča Magistrate Court.

    In the Federation of BiH, the following persons were appointed as judicial office holders:

    • Lovrić Vjekoslav, Judge of the Supreme Court of FBiH; 
    • Zlotrg Nidžara, Judge of the Supreme Court of FBiH; 
    • Filipović Azra, Judge of the Supreme Court of FBiH; 
    • Bajrović Aida, Judge of the Supreme Court of FBiH; 
    • Dević Mirjana, Judge of the Supreme Court of FBiH; 
    • Abdagić Jasmina, Legal Officer of the Cazin Municipal Court; 
    • Baraković Damir, Legal Officer of the Orašje Municipal Court; 
    • Hodžić Kenan, Legal Officer of the of the Kakanj Municipal Court; 
    • Rojević Dunja, Legal Officer of the Zenica Municipal Court; 
    • Mušinović Armina, Legal Officer of the Zenica Municipal Court; 
    • Omanović Mahir, Legal Officer of the Kiseljak Municipal Court; 
    • Kovačić Stojanka, Legal Officer of the Travnik Municipal Court; 
    • Omanović Sedina, Legal Officer of the Travnik Municipal Court.

    In deciding on the appointments, the HJPC BiH applied the following criteria: expert knowledge, previous working experience and results thereof; expertise based on career results so far; capability of holding office which they applied for in an impartial, scrupulous, industrious, decisive and responsible manner; interpersonal skills, conduct outside the workplace, professional impartiality, reputation and experience in holding senior positions. 

    The foregoing judicial office holders shall take office on 1 February 2011.
