At its session held on 26 and 27 January 2011 in Sarajevo, the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of BiH (HJPC BiH) rendered a decision on the appointment of the Court Officers of the District Court in Banja Luka. 

The following persons have been appointed:

• Vibor Vučić 
• Tamara Bukić 
• Vanja Pantić 
• Predrag Tepić

In delivering a Decision on the appointment, the Council took into account criteria such as:  expert knowledge, career experience and performance results;  professional skills based on results achieved in career hitherto;  ability to impartially, conscientiously, diligently, decisively and responsibly perform his/her duties within the office which he/she applies for;  interpersonal skills, conduct outside the workplace, professional impartiality, reputation and experiences at leading positions.

The appointed judicial office holders shall assume the office on 1 March 2011.
